18.6% of all children in South Africa are orphans and are without any means. The main goal of the foundation AMANDLA KU LUTSHA is the advancement of education through provision of sports structures and training facilities for children and young people in disadvantaged communities in Africa, targeting specifically youth who are no longer in the care of their family.

Over the last four years AMANDLA has been providing services to youth in residential care in South Africa using football as a tool to educate children and provide a variety of life-skills, which educates them on risks they are exposed to and provides them with tools to sculpture their independent future, so creating young leaders and role models who influence their peers in a positive way.
